Delivery in Russia is carried out by the transport company CDEK from 2 to 7 business days.
When ordering up to 30,000 rubles, delivery is carried out at the expense of the buyer.
When ordering in the amount of 30,000 rubles, delivery is carried out at our expense.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Courier delivery in Russia excludes the possibility of fitting and instant return of goods.
International delivery

Exchange and return
Exchange and return of goods of good quality is made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
Exchange and return of goods is made if the specified product was not in use (including photos and videos), its presentation, tags, labels and original packaging with attached gifts are preserved, as well as the presence of a document confirming the fact of purchase.
Items that have been custom made cannot be returned or exchanged.
The return is carried out by any convenient courier service at your expense, given that the parcel must be delivered within 14 days.
Products that do not comply with these rules will not be accepted for return, such products will be sent back at the expense of the buyer.
Used goods are non-refundable.

Return processing

Write a return statement indicating the date of purchase and order number.
The parcel to be returned must contain the packaged product without traces of use (with labels, factory labels, enclosed gifts and recommendations).
A return application must be attached to the shipment, indicating full bank details.

For international returns: send the parcel by any express transport company operating in your country.
After making the return, contact us and provide the tracking number for tracking.
You need to transfer the parcel to the courier of the transport company within 14 days after receiving the order, provided that you have previously contacted us.
A refund
The terms for returning goods to the warehouse can reach 2-7 working days in Russia, 4-14 working days by international delivery services.
After we receive the goods in Vyborg and make sure that all the return conditions are met, your application will be processed within 1-2 business days and a refund will be issued *.
The funds will be returned to the bank account from which the payment was made. Please note that the terms depend on the speed of processing the transaction by your bank and can be up to 30 calendar days. Refunds for purchases made through the online store are not available.
